I'm big on weekly home facials. Let's FACE IT, it's all the more relaxing to have someone else's hands rub masques onto your face but its impossible to afford a weekly facial and certain spa facials are too overwhelming for your skin if done twice in a month let alone weekly. Time is also the biggest factor preventing you from booking into a spa every alternate day to experience facial glory. TADA.....Let's opt for home facials instead!
After attending the GLAMGLOM event at Edgars in Sandton City and trying their products I was already kind of bias and in favour of their skincare range. I had been using my GLAMGLOW sample to the detriment of the mini travel sized tube so when new GLAMGLOW products got delivered in a huge box (big enough for me to fit in it), I could finally dispose of my little sample that had barely anything left inside beside hard pieces of dried up grey mud. Needless to say I was overjoyed when these products launched and came direct to my home. That's when my ultimate GLAMGLOW love affair began.
From GLAMGLOW, I received the SUPERMUD CLEARING TREATMENT (in a new larger sized tub), the GRAVITYMUD FIRMING TREATMENT and the POUTMUD WET LIP.
My skin had been through quite an ordeal because of the stress linked to my honours exams and pre- wedding preparation jitters. Needless to say as per my physical reactions to stress, I broke out around my cheek area and one pus filled red pimple became one too many staining my skin with ugly marks. The reason I love this mud is within a few minutes of application you can actually feel your face tighten and firm. Your stiff face bares testament to the effectiveness of this potent mud. As opposed to the SUPERMUD CLEARING TREATMENT, you need not wash off the dried up masque. Once the GRAVITY MUD has dried, you simply and easily peel off the mud leaving any excess product to work on your skin.

GLAMGLOW POUTMUD WET LIP has got to be my favourite product. The silver tub in which the balm comes in is so cute. The WETLIP POUTMUD has a minty feel causing your lips to tingle with only the most exciting sensations whilst moisturizing, hydrating and softening lips. This is certainly the best product to have your first kiss with (hint, hint). I feel like the box should read a new innovation in kissing.

For my Fiance to try anything he considers girly spells world war 2. Any form of grooming is not his idea of a perfect Saturday afternoon. For some unknown reason (probably because of how wonderful GLAMGLOW is packaged) he instantly agreed to some facial glory.
He first tried the GRAVITY MUD and had to comment on how he felt like this product really works due to his face feeling already all too tight; so tight he refused to smile until the masque was pealed off completely. Thereafter we applied a thin layer of SUPERMUD CLEARING TREATMENT. He enjoyed the aroma of the teaoxi infused products and relaxed away after a long day of soccer. After the mud was all rinsed off he couldn't help but feel his softer yet still masculine face over and over.
